Dear Ritzinger Family;

I am truly sorry to hear about Tom. I wish you strength and God's love during this time. I remember the summer days as being the best days living on High Street. It was a great time growing up next to y'all and playing on the big rocks in our yard and going down the rope pulley. Sorry for your lose, Tom was a great Man and a wonderful Dad.

Ritzinger Family:

Very sorry to hear the sad news - our deepest sympathies are with you. Like my other family members, I also have great memories (I have to dig deep for those (1960's) but they're still in my memory) of growing up on High Street next to the Ritzinger family. I remember Tom as a nice happy dad. I do recall him scolding me once when I was throwing sticks up at a tree in your back yard where a racoon (I think Lucky chased it up there?) was huddled up in a ball (I just wanted to see it move). I remember Tom taking a break from doing yardwork to help me learn to ride a two-wheeler in your driveway. I also remember a nice visit with him and some of the family, sitting in the kitchen/dining area, drinking a beer and talking about the neighborhood and current High Street real estate values, when I was passing through on a bike trip back in the late 80's - and Tom arranged for me to walk through our old house - fond memories. I am very sorry for your loss. I am sure that he leaves behind a wonderful legacy.

Dear Aunt Carole, Lisa, Kirsten, Heidi, Susan, MaryEllen & Holly.

We all share so many wonderful memories that it is difficult to isolate just one. My fondest memory of Uncle Tom was his early morning whistling when he puttered around the house on the island. I will miss that, his beautiful gardens and his presence.

Please know that I hold you all in my heart.

With much love and deepest sympathy,

For Aunt Carol, Lisa, Kirsten, Heidi, Susan, Maryellen and Holly.

We have all shared so many memories together that it is difficult to isolate just one, but this memory always comes to mind, Uncle Tom loved to get up early in the morning and putter around the house on the island, and I remember how he always whistled. I will miss that whistle, his beautiful gardens and his presence. Please know that I hold you all in my heart.
