I was lucky enough to be one of Jay´s nurses in his last couple weeks. He had me in stitches every day, even as sick as he was. He made me smile every time I walked into his room. There was definitely something very special about him and I feel like a better person for having met him. My deepest sympathies to all of his family and friends. I am sure since he made such an impression on me in a short time, he must have left a huge hole in all of your hearts.

Jay was a good friend in grade school and highschool, and had very nice parents, often ran into him at Starbucks at wilkes university where we got to chat. I'm glad he came in my life! Good soul and friend, he will sadly be missed.

Jay was such an incredible person. I new him from the time he was little guy. Such an outstanding ,kind and, loving man. He was like one of my kids. When Jay got lemons he made lemonade. I would occasionally see Jay at the hospital, he always stopped and gave me a huge hug. My condolences go to J.J. and Joann. Jay and his entire family were very close to me and my family. I will miss him and them very much. I know he's an angel now celebrating. Peace be with you
