Albert Bartels Obituary
Born on June 23, 1949, in Wilmington, Delaware, he was the son of the late Albert A. and Dorothy (Nichols) Bartels, Jr.
Al was a self-employed logger and the owner/operator of Thousand Suns Farm in Reynoldsville.
He was a member of St. Joseph's Polish Society in Delancy, where he enjoyed visiting with his friends. Al also loved to take long walks with his dog.
He is survived by his children, Nicole Paul and husband Shawn of Secane, Albert A. Bartels, IV and wife Stacey of Coatsville, Zebulon Baccelli and wife Carla of Cranberry, and Sarah Michalski and husband David of Brockport); 13 grandchildren, Ryan, Jenna, Jordan, Quint, Fabian, Telly, Lucy, Isidore, Richie, Emil, Adela, Emily and Abby; and his siblings, Dorothy Galloway of Newark, Delaware, and Jeanne Dyson, Richard, Edward, and David Bartels, all of West Grove.
As per Al's wishes, there will be no public visitation and services will held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial donations may be made to Christ the King Manor, 1100 W. Long Ave., DuBois, PA 15801, and/or the charity of the donor's choice.
