Sharon Hogarth Obituary
Sharon was born on June 14, 1947, in Punxsutawney, the daughter of Helen Louise Parsons and Kenneth G. Parsons.
Sharon was a longtime resident of South Florida.
She shared her talents and healing gifts with those suffering from addiction issues and had helped hundreds of people from all over the world. She was a strong advocate for women's rights and was against social injustice.
Sharon spent her whole life trying to elevate people. She is dearly loved by many and will be missed from one corner of the globe to another.
Sharon is survived by her loving daughter, Courtney Taft; a sister, Kathleen Hamaker; a brother, Ken Parsons; and two grandchildren, whom she loved with all of her heart, Julia and Nolan.
Sharon will be deeply missed, but we know that her spirit continues in all those she has touched.

I knew Mom from NRI many years ago... She was a wonderful kind, supportive friend to me and I love her very much
My name is Joni and I used to live with Dan when I first met your mom. After Dan and I broke up and I was no longer involved in the business we lost touch.
I really did not know. She passed away until a while ago and today I was thinking about her... You will probably never ever see this message, but I didn´t know who you were when you were a young girl.
I just want you to know that your mother is still in people´s memories because she was an outstanding woman who gave so much
Sending you love and strength and knowledge that she may be gone, but she is certainly not forgotten

My heart goes out to all of Sharon's loved ones. I spent time with her just two times and she made such a long lasting impression. An amazing woman and healer. So sorry to hear about the passing of Sharon. I remember her & my sister, Candy, all through Jr. & Sr. High school. I was the kid sister, but looked up to these girls. She was always so friendly & nice. I will always remember her fondly. With Deepest sympathies.

Dear Courtney and all of Sharon's family,
My heart aches for you all, may you find strength knowing that she is flying high with the angels above. She lived her life with so much gusto, all the good she shared with so many. She gave a piece of herself to everyone she touched!! When I first got to know her I was in awe of her, I told her so and she laughed it off and turned the subject to me... We laughed, we cried, we were angry, happy and silly at times but most of all, I feel blessed for having known such a wonderful, bright light in this world. Always there with a helping hand, a voice of reason and a voice to be reckoned with at times, hahaha. Miss you already, may your memory be eternal Sharon... To your family , I know that she lives on within you, find solace in knowing that she will always be with you in spirit, just THINK of her and she will be there.

I became friends with Sharon via FB back in 2011. I loved reading her posts, reading her replies, she would say it as it is. You could almost hear her words and laughter.
Such a vibrant person, she will be missed by all, but we take comfort in knowing that her spirit continues on an incredible journey, she is just a thought away My thoughts go out to all Sharon's family and friends xox

Her wise words, straight-to-the-point attitude and strong ways resonated with e, and we chatted privately sometimes. I met Sharon through facebook and she inspired and helped me like a YAYA. I spoke to her on the phone a coupla times and she helped me through a rough patch. She will forever live in my memories. I love you Sharon.

I feel Sharon's spirit has burst forth into a billion pieces and is falling like gentle rain all over the world! I see the earth being nourished by her energy and people being blessed through her spirit raining down. I look for her spirit to continue to work here on earthand she will surely manifest herself in the mighty flights of eagles - in rain-drenched flowers bowing their heads in thanks - in roaring canyon winds voicing their power in trickles of melting mountain snows feeding the streams - in warm waves slapping sandy shores for she is truly an extension of Mother Earth.
