What a gem of humankind he was! More than anyone I have ever known, Todd McGee "walked the talk"! His kind words to me following Casey´s death are forever in my heart.
When I saw Todd last year at Reagan´s graduation, I told him I thought he got better looking with each year. He shyly smiled and replied, " Don´t tell my brothers!" I informed him they already knew, and they were jealous!
I miss him and will forever think of him with love and kindness.

I heard of Todd's passing at our Basketball Social last night. I refereed many times with Todd, and always regarded him as genuine. His modest demeanor always shined through, conflicting with mine. He's why I know what true worth is, and I will hold that close. I'm better for having known him. There must've been an important game up above, God only takes the best!

Betty, Jay, Jon, Christy and kids,
I am so very sorry about the passing of Todd. I know sudden passing of a family member is so very hard but knowing the love and friendship Todd had with Jesus can give peace that he´s being well cared for and in such a wonderful place now with his dad. He was a great guy and has left a mark on all people he ministered too, children and adult.

I dont know where to start when it comes to Mr. McGee. There is absolutely nothing but great things to say about him. Mr. McGee was the heart and soul of Blairsville elementary school. He was the most positive person around and that positivity quickly spread throughout wherever he was. He made an immense impact on every student he taught. He truly cared about every single kid he had in class and made it a priority to show that. He will be forever dearly missed. My prayers go out to his wife and kids.

I was very sorry to read of Todd´s untimely passing.

When Todd was a teenager, he mowed my parents´ lawn during the summers. They always had praise and only good things to say about him and his work.

The McGee family has my deepest sympathy over their loss.

Todd was one of the nicest and happiest men I have ever met. He was dedicated to his family, students, and friends. It's so hard to believe that he has passed away. My son can't believe he passed away.
I met Todd at blairsville elementary school. He was my sons gym teacher and I worked with students in the school. He was always so very positive with his students.
You have my deepest condolences. There's no one that can replace Todd McGee. He was one in a million.

Sincerely,

Heather Pearce Kunkle

I only knew this man a few years when my children were young. I wanted to say what a beautiful obituary this was. I never knew Todd was a Christian, he never told me; however, I never had to ask because his life represented what a Christian’s walk should look like. So I have no question that Jesus is celebrating in Heaven. I am sorry and sad for those whom Todd has left behind. But let all our walks with God look like this!

I was shocked and saddened to hear the passing of my friend and former co-worker, Todd. We had many conversations in the cafeteria and in gym class. Many laughs too! The students at River Valley were very fortunate to have Todd as their teacher, friend and christian leader. I enjoyed our morning prayer time...Todd always had scripture and a prayer to uplift our day. He will be dearly missed...

In loving memory of a wonderful person. Mr. McGee will be missed by all, including our River Valley community. I am a RV parent and old coworker. He had the utmost respect and patience for all. The best memory that I will always carry is when the bell rang in the am, he would open the doors of the school and welcome the students in such a positive manner. He looked out for all of the kids and each child was important to him. Mr. McGee was that happy face that we saw every morning and we will miss it!
May God bless all during this difficult time.
