THOMAS FABIAN CUSICK The Lord took Thomas Fabian Cusick on Sept. 4, 2016, at 76 years old. He was born on May 26, 1940, in Waukesha, Wisc., to Fabian Bernard Cusick and Ethal Caroline Oettinger. After his share of hardships as a young man, he married the love of his life, Rose Cusick, on Oct. 26, 1964, whom preceded him in death on Feb. 9, 2013. From there, with their 3 children, they moved to Las Vegas, Nev. in 1975. In 1979, they moved to Pahrump, Nev., where they opened two successful businesses, his being "Pahrump Valley Machine Shop" that's still active today. He was a Faithful member of the Pahrump Community Church, and served as a treasurer for 20 years. He was active with his church family, donating his creative decorative wrought iron work for their new building or for anyone he loved. After the passing of his love, Thomas started battling the effects of Parkinson's which led to other medical issues that took him in and out of hospitals for the last two years. He fought everything that was thrown at him. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rose Cusick; mother, Ethal Caroline Oettinger; father, Fabian Bernard Cusick, and sister Mary Ellen Cusick.
