Carma L. Albaugh

November 5, 1937-January 8, 2021

Carma L. Albaugh, 83, Lynn Center, IL, passed away on Friday, January 8, 2021 at home. Private family committal will be in Mason City, IA. In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to Quad City Animal Welfare.

Carma L. Wilke was born on November 5, 1937 in Mason City, IA, the daughter of Ernest and Alna (Andersen) Wilke. She married Daryl Albaugh on February 8, 1958 in Mason City. He died July 31, 2010. Carma had worked at the Rock Island Arsenal and as a receptionist for Dr. James Lindley. She enjoyed baking, canning and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her children; Laura (Dave) Brewer, Galesburg, Denise (Ricky) Shamsie, Flint, TX, Keely (Jay) Hornick, Sherrard, Kathleen (Ty) Bingham, Lynn Center and Darren (Lisa) Albaugh, Normal, IL, sixteen grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and her dog Sally.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and brother Gerald Wilke.
