Julie M. Millhollin, 66, of Colona, passed away Friday, February 4, 2022, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 10 am Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd, Moline. Visitation will be from 4 pm to 7 pm Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Per Julie's wishes the family asks that everyone dress casually.
Julie was born on January 16, 1956, in Geneseo, the daughter of LeRoy and Ruth (Farnam) Whipple. She married Mark A Millhollin on June 3, 1989, in Moline. Julie worked at LMT and Armalite in Geneseo, helping to build guns for many years. She also worked at Isabell Bloom. She later worked at Walmart as a cashier before retiring in 2019. Julie enjoyed doing crafts and was an avid reader.
Survivors include her husband, Mark; children, Kariann Millhollin, and Kyle (Paige Dell) Millhollin; grandchildren, Gabby, Brooklyn, Easton, Paizlee, Avery, Hayden, and Rylee; stepsons, Matt (Mandy) Millhollin, and Mitchell (Julie) Millhollin; and brother James (Sharon Gaskey) Whipple.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Joyce.
