January 7, 1950 - June 10, 2025
Peter M. Heim, 75, of Rock Island, Ill., passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at The Ivy, Davenport, Iowa.
A celebration of life will be confirmed at a later date. Memorials can be made out to St. Vincent DePaul Food Pantry at St. Pius Church, Rock Island or QC PAWS, Moline, Ill.
Peter was born January 7, 1950 in Rock Island, the son of Robert and Virginia Heim.
Peter graduated from Rock Island High School in 1968. He worked at the Former Case IH, East Moline.
Peter enjoyed animals and the outdoors.
Survivors include his sisters, Ellen Heim, Milan, Ill., Susan Cowden, Overland Park, Kan.; brother, David Heim, Rock Island; nephews, Scott (Twila) Cowden, Lees Summit, Mo., Jeff (Charlotte) Cowden, Lawrence, Kan.; and great-nephew, James Cowden. He was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Heim.
