Richard B. Rodriguez

September 9, 1955 - March 27, 2025

Richard B. Rodriguez, 69, of Clinton, IA, passed away Thursday, March 27, 2025, at MercyOne-Clinton with his loved ones by his side.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025, at 1 p.m., at Rock Island National Cemetery. Those wishing to attend the service are asked to meet at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline by 12:20 p.m., to process to the cemetery.

Richard was born on September 9, 1955, in Key West, FL, the son of Dominic and Dorothy (Hammond) Rodriguez. Richard was a proud veteran serving in the US Airforce. He married Linda Robinson on September 17, 1976, at St. John's Lutheran Church, East Moline. He held various jobs over the years including working for the US Air Force, railroad, Rock Island Arsenal, and Hy-Vee.

Richard is survived by his daughter, Yolanda (Aneita) Krueger; granddaughter, Kaylynn Neff; numerous siblings; stepmother, Jeannie Rodriguez; and "adopted daughter," Jennifer Ingersoll. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, and grandchildren, Desirea Krueger and Kelly Krueger Jr.
