Fermin Apodaca Obituary
Fermin was born September 12, 1925, in Las Vegas, NM. He had been an active member of the St. Anne's Catholic Church of Tucumcari and served in the Knights of Columbus and the St. Joseph Society.
Surviving Fermin is his son, Raymond Apodaca and Yolanda of Amarillo, TX; his daughters, Mary Ann Apodaca and Benjie and Elizabeth Vasquez and Jesus all of Tucumcari, NM, along with 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Fay Apodaca in 2002.
Rosary will be recited on Thursday evening in the St. Anne's Catholic Church with Mass of the Resurrection being offered on Friday morning, September 21, 2012, beginning at 10:00 AM with Rev. Father Hyginus Anuta as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in the Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Herbert and Antonio Montoya, Charles Benavidez, Larry Martinez, Johnny Griego Martine Apodaca, Thomas and Anthony Navarrete with Honorary Pallbearer Rudy Garcia.
Arrangements entrusted to the Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari, NM, 575 461-3815.

To Fermin's Family,
Fermin was as noble a person as I have ever met, and the most courteous. We worked together, laughed together, and cried some when our loved ones went before us. God bless you, Fermin, and your family. He was as good a friend that a person could have. My family is honored that he was ours.
