He was preceded in death by his parents; eight siblings; and grandsons: Corey Michael and Jarin.

I met Jerry while working for Scott County, did a lot of title transfers for him. Such a nice guy, always smiling, he even gave me a recipe for alfredo sauce! He was a great man, will be deeply, may his family hold the memories for years to come. Thoughts and prayers going out to his family and all who were blessed to know him.

My condolences. The 1st neighbor I can recall having some 60 years ago. Chatted with him when I would run into him at Hyvee. Nice man.

My deepest sympathies to the Werthmann family. Jerry and Betty have been very good friends to my parents Marion and Elmer Doak. I'm sure Elmer has already reserved a T-time for a round of golf.
