Dear Mannhardt Family,
I am so sorry to hear about Mike. I know this is such a difficult time for yall. We are keeping you in our prayers. Praying God will be with you and that He will bring you comfort and peace. I wish we could be there for the memorial please know we will be keeping yall in our hearts & prayers.
Spending time with my cousins each summer was my childhood highlight. I remember one summer I got to go camping with the Mannhardt gang. They were always getting to go camping and I was excited to get to join them. I remember Mike loved to fish and he loved fire works/fire crackers! Lots of good family memories growing up. I wish in our adult years we could have all stayed as close as we were as kids but it was good to know my oldest son Daniel got to meet Mike in January with my brother Dennis when they took a trip to Florida to see the races. It was good to hear Mike was enjoying retirement and the Florida weather.
I know he will be missed dearly. Praying God brings you comfort during this hard time.
RIP cousin

Sympathies to all your family. Remembering the good times we all had as kids with your folks & others in the Davenport Aquarium Society at the N.W. Turner Hall. The fish shows at the fairgrounds.. parties & picnic with the club. Good simpler times. God Bless you all.

So very sorry to hear about Mike's passing. We were in the same Machinist Apprenticeship class of 1985 at the Rock Island Arsenal. He was a great guy! You have my deepest sympathies and are in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
