Barbara Zizza Obituary

Barbara Zizza, 86, of Reading, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, in the care of Wyomissing Nursing and Rehabilitation. Born in Reading to the late Leon and Anna (Shalter) Adams, Barbara was the beloved wife of almost 60 years to the late Genero Zizza, who passed away on August 12, 2020. In her youth Barbara worked as a secretary for the upper management of UGI. Retiring early to raise her family, she was a devoted mother to her three children. She kept a beautiful flower garden and enjoyed time spent out in the sunshine. Left to treasure her memory are her children, Marielle Zizza of Reading; Christopher M. Zizza of Reading; and Patrick A. Zizza (wife Kimberly (Hoffman)) of Reading; her granddaughter, Aja L. Zizza of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and her sister, Sheila Pattison (husband Tom) of Denver, CO. Services are private at her family's convenience. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc, is entrusted with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed at kuhnfuneralhomes.com.

Terry and I are so sorry for your loss. It's been many years since we were neighbors on Fidelity and Lombard, but we have good memories.
