Her husband, Donald L. Daniels Jr., to whom she was married for 46 years, passed away Oct. 10, 2008.
Carol was born in Reading on Feb. 4, 1941, a daughter of the late Raymond L. and Adrian E. (Fry) Jackson.
She attended Reading High School and was a 1958 graduate of Bryland Institute of Beauty Culture and worked for Dorothy's Beauty Shop.
Carol was employed by the Reading Eagle in the
circulation department for almost 26 years, retiring June 30, 2002.
She is survived by her two sons, Martin L., husband of Jennie Y. Daniels of Sinking Spring, and Mark L., husband of Kathleen A. Daniels of Blandon; and her daughter, Tammy L. Daniels of Temple.
There are six grandchildren: Kevin L. Daniels, Shannon C. Harvath, Emily Y. Daniels, Kyle L. Daniels, Hannah M. Daniels, and
Josiah L. Daniels; and five great-grandchildren: Lily, Elizabeth, Nevaeh, Ava, and Cole.
Services will be today Sept. 15, 2012, at 10 a.m.
in Auman's Inc. Funeral Home, 390 W. Neversink Road, Reiffton. Burial to
follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. A viewing will be Saturday 9 to 10 a.m. in the
funeral home.

Mitch and I are so very sorry for your loss. Carol was such a wonderful woman who gave so much to her family and her friends. We were so blessed to have been a part of the Daniel's family for so many years. She will be so greatly missed.
