Dorothy Zerbe

1944 - 2022

Dorothy E. “Dottie” Zerbe, 78, of Leesport, passed away July 13, 2022, in the Hershey Medical Center. Born in Leesport, she was a daughter of Elsie P. (Adam) Koller of West Reading and the late Franklin B. Koller, Jr. Dottie was the wife of Irwin R. Zerbe. They would have celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary on November 5th. A 1962 graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School, she was a member of St. John’s (Gernant’s) UCC, Leesport. Dottie loved bingo and family gatherings. She also enjoyed fishing, crocheting, needlepoint, embroidery, crafting, playing cards and board games. Surviving in addition to her mother and husband are her children – Randie I. husband of Barbara Zerbe, Hamburg, Karen L. wife of David Weidner, Hamburg, Michael A. Zerbe, Sr., her daughter-in-law – Veronica Zerbe, her siblings – Barry F. Koller companion of Pauline Mengle, Mohrsville, Nadine S. wife of George H. Manwiller, Jr., Annville, Diane M. wife of Richard A. Manwiller, Lisa A. wife of Michael Neppes, Hamburg, her grandchildren – Christine, Jeremy, Rebecca, Alexa, Michael, Jr., and her great grandchildren – Remi and Spencer. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her sister – Jean L. Koller. Viewing from Klee Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., One East Lancaster Ave., Shillington on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, starting at 10:30 AM followed by her funeral service beginning at 11:30 AM.
