Savior on Saturday, September 24, 2016, surrounded by his 5 sons and loving family members at Hospice of Mount Joy.
He was the son of the late Gertrude Cook Fioravanti, John Henry Fioravanti; and brother to Sam Fioravanti Reimert of Fla.; wife of Kenneth Reimert; and uncle to Keith and Kevin Reimert.
He was the loving husband of Joyce Michele (Miller) Fioravanti who preceded him in death in March 2014.
Born in Reading, Pa., in 1941, he was a retired Truck Driver of 40 plus years, last working for USF Freight.
His passion was art and pastel drawings, playing the harmonica, fishing with his kids and mother, and dancing with his grandbabies.
He loved playing video games (Damn Controller!),
bowling at Heister Lanes, Jeopardy and multiplication
(especially 0 x 1: it will always equal one, Dad!!!).
He was an author and illustrator of a Christian children's book "The Voice and the Cardinal."
He is survived by his 5 loving sons: Jeff Fioravanti,
husband of Gloria Kissinger, granddaughter, Katie Marie; Scott Fioravanti, husband of Michelle Sego, grandsons, Daniel and Dillan, and granddaughter, Candace, great-grandchildren, Madison, Brantley, Benjamin, Gracie; Todd Miller, husband to Holly Fulmer, granddaughters, Alexis, Terran, Ryley, grandson, Jaxson-Todd; Anthony Fioravanti, husband to Nikki Larson, granddaughters, Samantha and Charlie, grandson, Damon; James Fioravanti, husband to Erika St. Clair, granddaughter, Sophia.
Services will be private.
His Will to help others has continued with his donation of his Body to Science.
