I haven't seen Skinny since high school, but that smile is still unmistakable, as was his personality. My funnies memory is when Jeffrey, jack and I were in Mr. Sheridan's math class at Reading high, and hanging out at lunch. Best my friend.

I had the pleasure of taking care of Mr. Gilmore during my nursing training. He was a true warrior. When I told him no more steps, he continued to walk to the end of the hall. RIP my warrior!!!

Jeff I still see us, Jack , You and Larry sitting on your porch in our tight white tee shirts popular to show off our muscles. We were enjoying your Dad's stories and jokes. This was usually after he fed us with one of his home cooked meals. We shared so much love for each other. Your Dad was so much fun and filled with anecdotes that were so valuable in my life. This was always one of the best moments and memories of my life. Jeff your laugh and gentle manner made you so easy to love. Your enormous courage displayed at every visit to your side while you battles to be yourself despite a difficult illness was remarkable . Like the porch with your Dad those times with you were special too. The day I visited with Danny was like being on the porch as kids. You will be with me always love your brother Donnie

"Fly Spirit Fly"
A gentle spirt was released today,
his burdens gone, he moves on,
To Elysium he flew to join,
the dear ones there to greet him.
They will see his flight because his soul is bright,
It paid it's due on earth for each of us every day and night.
His spirt enriched all that knew him,
strengthening our appreciation for the love it would bring.
I will miss my brother his presence , humor and love,
but will joy in the gift he still wills me from above
So in my remaining years without you,
ever a day your memory and spirit encourages me to know, you are in me and I'm better for it.
I share this verse to relieve my pain,
My years are long and,
I am not as strong in the main.
The spirts who I cherish of all do flash with love and sustain.
We all in life wish to meet souls such as yours, so sweet
You were an answer to that wish,
Spirt Fly, Spirit Fly
Requiescet en pace secula saeculorum, Amen
Love Donnie B
