Having worked with Chad for so many years @ BD I had heard so much about his dad. He spoke often and so highly of him. I'm very sorry that you had to leave this world so soon, I can't express this enough. Now seeing his dad's picture for the first time I can certainly understand why he was so special. This picture of Lawrence reminds me of my own brothers. Belonging to soul band and all the various experiences his life had taken him such as being drafted. Obviously doing time in the service was a personal sacrifice. Whether it be in "Nam" or otherwise many of us from this same generation can definitely relate. I'm honestly sorry we never met although knowing your oldest son Chad I can see you passed along enough wisdom and kindess that any of us can certainly appreciate. My prayers and blessing are with anyone your soul and spirit had touched. God Bless

Please accept my deepest sympathies on Larry's passing. He was a great guy and I liked seeing him when he would come in at Worley's Lumber Co. Be comforted that he is at Peace with our Lord.

The world is a sadder place without this great craftsman and lover of music. He exemplified intelligence, hard work, fairness, respect and fair play in both his professional and personal life. All should be proud to have known him and more should follow his lead.
Condolences to his loved ones and friends.

I did not know Larry for very long , but in the short time I did ,30 years ago, he selflessly helped me carry a lotta drywall into my home I was building .it wasn't fun. It was a tremendous gift.I never forgot that about him. It must say something of his inner spirit,it did to me .
