When you feel a gentle breeze
Caress you when you sigh
It's a hug sent from Heaven
From a loved one way up high.
If a soft and tender raindrop
Lands upon your nose
They've added a small kiss
As fragile as a rose.
If a song you hear fills you
With a feeling of sweet love
It's a hug sent from Heaven
From someone special up above.
If you awaken in the morning
To a bluebird's chirping song
It's music sent from Heaven
To cheer you all day long.
If tiny little snowflakes
Land upon your face
It's a hug sent from Heaven
Trimmed with Angel lace.
So keep the joy in your heart
If you're lonely my dear friend
Hugs that are sent from Heaven
A broken heart will mend.
there will always be an empty place in my heart that only you can fill, my dear angels...miss you ..aunt sis

To the Shaak Families,
We are so saddened by this tragic loss of (2) beautiful people. We know each time an alarm comes in, we might face this tragedy with each and every call. We hope we never have to face it, but on this morning, reality really set in, and knocked us all on our butts. We constantly train for every obstacle we think fire can throw at us, and we still sometimes get beat. Please know, that every member in our fire company feels your pain. We all have families and children too, and never want this to happen to anyone, EVER! Thats why we train week in and week out, to better ourselves, to better protect the people in our community. Sometimes God calls his angels home early, and I believe this was the case this time. Lisa and Joab now have wings, and are flying around in a much better place than we are, not to mention no more suffering for Joab. Now it is time for God to put his arms around you, and help you move on into the rest of this life, not forgetting what you had, but celebrating the lives of Lisa and Joab. They say time heals all wounds, but I dont think you ever really get over the loss of loved ones. Be strong Mr. Shaak, and please again know, you are in all our thoughts and prayers from everyone here at Station 4, Liberty Fire Company, Schuylkill Haven, Pa.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

It will be the little things that you will remember; the quiet moments, the smiles and the laughter. Although it may seem hard right now, it will be the memory of these little things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again. May the love of friends and family be a source of comfort to you at this time.

Be Still
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

My Dearest Angel Lisa,
I watched you grow into a beautiful girl, exploring and discovering this ever changing world.
I watched you grow into a beautiful woman, with dreams and visions of that special someone.
Then on those blessed days, God made you a mother , your caring and kindness of which there was no other.
My dear angel, so proud of you , i would always say, but now, God has taken you home today.
I wanted one more time to say i love you dear, and ask to save a place in heaven where we can again be near,
And know how much I'll miss you till the future becomes the past, till once again in God's Kingdom , we will all be together at last.
My Love Will Follow You,
Aunt Sissy
