Michael Reppert Obituary
Michael David Reppert Sr., 69, of Robeson Twp., Berks Co., PA passed away on May 19, 2015, at the Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville, PA.
He was born in Reading, PA, to Charles L. Reppert Sr., Exeter Twp., PA, and the late Kathleen (Smith) Reppert. He was married to Joan R. Reppert, at home.
He was a member of Zion Spies Evangelical Lutheran Church, Alsace Twp., PA.
He was employed as a Plant Manager for Beacon Container, Birdsboro, for many years. He retired in 2009 from Alpha Packaging Corp., Centerport, PA.
Surviving, in addition to his wife and father are: 2 sons, Jody M., husband of Karyn M. Reppert, Wernersville, PA; and Michael D. Reppert Jr., Birdsboro, PA; 1 daughter, Tracy L., wife of Kevin R. Kessinger, Birdsboro, PA; 3 brothers: George L., husband of Cynthia J. Reppert; Patrick A., husband of Susan Reppert; William D., husband of Cindy Reppert; 3 sisters: Betty A., wife of Anthony Tucci; Kathleen M. Stout; Christine A., wife of Ralph Gerhart; 8 grandchildren: Jonathan, Kelsey, Tyler, Kailey, Justine, Bradyn, Morgan and Joshua.
He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Riley-Anne K. Reppert and 2 brothers, Charles L. Reppert Jr. and Timothy D. Reppert.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 22, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. in the Dengler Funeral Home, Inc., 144 N. Spruce St., Birdsboro, PA. A visitation will be held on Friday from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Interment will be in Spies-Zion Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fox Chase Cancer Center, 333 Cottman Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19111.
Dengler Funeral Home, Inc., Birdsboro, PA is in charge of the arrangements.
