Sandra Reichart Obituary

Sandra D. Reichart, aka "Granny," 80, passed away

peacefully, Friday, February 8, 2019, at home surrounded by her loving family.

She was the widow of Barry L. "Pappy" Reichart, who passed in 2012; they had celebrated thirty-four years of marriage. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Verna (Kulp) Kreider.

She is survived by a daughter, Holly, wife of Christopher Fisher, Sinking Spring; and three grandchildren: Kyrie Fisher, of Philadelphia; and Christie and Jordan Fisher, Sinking Spring. Also surviving are four siblings: Noreen Showalter, of Wyomissing; Timothy Lovell, husband of Donna, Bowmansville; Terrance Lovell, husband of Susan, Lake Wells, Fla.; and Leslie Matz, of Reading. There are

also numerous nephews and nieces.

A graduate of Bryland Beauty School, Sandra owned and operated her own beauty shop for many years in Reading. She later was employed by CNA and Aetna Insurance

companies before retiring. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Reading, Pa.

Family meant the world to Granny as they were her heart and soul. She had a wonderful sense of humor and touched the hearts of all she met along the way. To know her truly was to love her.

An incredibly giving person, making others happy made her happy. In her memory, we ask that you perform a good deed to put a smile on someone's face.

A celebration of life service will be private at the

convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Penn State's THON, (benefiting the Four Diamonds Fund) at THON Finance Office, 227D Hub, University Park, PA 16802 or online at thon.org.

Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be
