Susan Sheetz Obituary

Susan Diane Sheetz, 44, Rockland Township, died April 26, 2007, in St. Joseph Medical Center, Bern Township, where she was a patient for three days.

Born June 1, 1962, in West Reading, she was a daughter of Raymond Y. Sheetz, with whom she resided, and the late Anna M. (Rohrbach) Sheetz.

She was a 1982 graduate of Brandywine Heights Area High School, Topton.

She was a member of New Jerusalem Lutheran Church, Fleetwood, where she also sang with the choir.

She was employed as a cafeteria worker for more than 10 years by AVI Inc., at Kutztown University. She last worked this past Monday.

Also surviving is a brother, Richard D. Sheetz, companion of Pamela Kipp, Sayre, Bradford County.

Other survivors include a nephew, Warren R. Sheetz; a niece, Brianna P. Sheetz; and an aunt, Helen M. Rohrbach, Boyertown.

Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in New Jerusalem Lutheran Church, 27 Lyons Road, Fleetwood, PA 19522, with the Rev. Michael L. Reist officiating. Burial will be in New Jerusalem Union Cemetery. Friends may call Monday, 9:30 to 11 a.m., in the church.

The family requests that contributions be made to the memorial fund of the church, at the above address.

Ludwick Funeral Homes Inc., Kutztown, is in charge of arrangements.
