I am deeply saddened by the death of Terry. He was one of three US Marines who came to our home when our beloved son-in-law, a US Marine Sergeant, died this past December.
He was not only efficient and professional in handling our needs, he was incredibly compassionate during a time of great shock and sorrow for us and our widowed daughter.
My son is also a Marine and was my son-in-law's best friend. Terry helped him tremendously.
In follow-up visits to our home, Terry
would join me with a cup of coffee at our dining room table and genuinely listened to every pain in my heart.
He was every bit a Marine hero to us and it breaks my heart that he has died.
To his family, I cry with you. He impacted our lives so profoundly and I know in my heart he did the same with others.
I now mourn the deaths of two fine Marines. Terry felt like family to us.
Again, my heart and prayers go out to the Ingram family.

I met you at my house in Dec. 08 when you came to lend support to my daughter and us because our Son-in-Law, Sgt. Christopher S.Thomas, USMC had died. I "clicked" with you from the get go.
You were solid, man. Your family and the Corps were your passion. We will miss you. OOH-RAH !!!

I knew Terry from MWCS-38 and he was a great Marine and a honorable man. That deep voice always echoed down the hallways. When I heard about this my heart sunk into my belly. My prayers go out to the entire Ingram family and may GOD confort you in your time of Sorrow. As the single Bugle I display with pride the hand salute that he deserves as a human but more than anything my brother in arms. SEMPER FI !
