Frank- You were always the most sweetest & genuine kind soul and always saw the positive in everything & in everyday even when certain days were anything but positive. You were my mothers best friend (Sheila) and in her final weeks you would come by to check on her to make sure she and I had everything we needed. You were & still are so very much appreciated for everything you did to help my family and for your loyalty & friendship you shared with my mom for so many years. My son took his driver's test in your truck when he was 16 and he was so excited that you let him drive home from Santa Rosa to Lake County saying " he needed the hands on experience of driving". You are home now with your family and friends and until we meet again, rest easy my friend. Tell my momma she is missed and loved. My condolences to the family. Gone but never forgotten.

My mother Alice, Frank’s sister, used to take us to visit Uncle Frank when he lived in the Bay Area. We always loved going to visit with him as he was always telling jokes, funny stories, making up silly songs etc.
I enjoyed having Uncle Frank and Aunt Shirley stay at my home when they came to San Jose to visit.
As the last remaining sibling of our mother, we continued to keep in contact with Uncle Frank and would visit him in Clearlake when we could. He never changed, he remained the delightful and loving uncle we always knew.
He will be missed.

I remember Uncle Frankie from when I was younger. He was always the funny uncle that we liked to be around. We loved him and still tell his stories. Rest in peace, you will be missed.

Hi Frank,
Good to know you Frank. Here's a little story about Frank and me. At one time in his early career at International Harvester or IH, that's what we used to call it, we worked together building those big trucks. Our friendship then was very casual. When IH closed in San Leandro Frank moved with them to Fort Wayne Indiana. We lost all contact. I thought that we were done with each other. But 20 years later somehow I met and married his niece Martha Fraga and there he was. So we became family. In affect I have known Frank for over 50 years. I know Frank would of liked to keep on living but he became too sick and his body just could not make it any longer. I saw Marty worked hard everyday to get you well, to get you back to good health, to lighten your load when you became to too weak to manage life on your own. She advocated for you to the very last moment. But time ran out Frank. We pray for you. We will always remember you. We love you.
