Alice Bickford Obituary
Born in Waterbury on July 24, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Germaine Farris. She worked for New Departure Company for many years and after her retirement, she volunteered at MidState Medical Hospital.
Alice is survived by her two sons, Roger Bickford and his wife, Barbara, of Meriden, and Robert Bickford and his wife, Charlotte, of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; her three grandchildren, Michelle and her husband, Chevene, Bill and his wife, Shannon, and Todd and his wife, Carolyn; and three great-grandchildren Hyden, Ethan, and Haley.
The family would like to thank all the nurses and staff of the 200 wing at Westfield for all the care and love given to Alice.
Funeral service and burial will be private. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 E. Main St., Meriden, CT 06450. For online condolences, please visit www.jferryfh.com.

You will be missed Nana. She lived a full life touching many people in a positive way. She was always willing to share her opinion and would always have a smile to share too. I will always cherish the times we spent together. To the rest of the bickford family we love you and our hearts are sad with you.
