John Ticino Jr.
John Ticino Jr., 89, husband of the late Florence Ticino, passed away on Tuesday, August 12th, 2025.
Born on February 2, 1936, in Meriden Hospital, he was the son of the late John and Helen Ticino. John learned his trade at Wilcox Technical School and went on to serve proudly in the United States Army from 1959 to 1961. Over the years, he worked at Pye & Hogan, New Departure, and later retired from Southwick & Meister. To those who knew him, there was never a machine he couldn't repair.
John is survived by his children, John M. Ticino, Laurie Rispoli (Jason), and Scott Ticino (Monica); his grandchildren, Kevin Petruzielo (Melissa), Jessica Petruzielo-Golas (Michael), Ryan Ticino, and Madelyn Ticino; his great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Lillian, and Zachary; his brother-in-law, Edward Chincola Jr.; and sisters-in-law, Rose Grusse (Chuck) and Maryann Barton.
He was predeceased by siblings, Carmelo and Gloria Zuber.
