Vinny and Family,

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your gracious Wife, Mother, and Grandmother as well as to other family, friends and acquaintances of the many people Sandy touched with her life. She was truly one of God's impact people placed in this world. May the abundant grace, happiness, and elegant example she lived in her life, ease the sorrow of this moment in time, and in the future bring smiles as we cherish her being a gift to our lives with happy memories.

Wishing you peace to bring comfort; courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts. Last July, when Darryl & I were in CT, it was a blessing to share laughter and hugs with Aunt Sandy. She was a wonderful lady.

I am extremely sad to learn of Sandy's passing. She was truly one of the most kind and loving people I have ever known. I am a better person and mother for having had her in my life. I will miss her laugh and warm smile. Heaven just gained a soul that could teach an angel a thing or two.

I will always remember the warmth and generosity Sandy extended to so, so many students and faculty at Choate Rosemary Hall over the years. I always felt blessed for the chance encounter I would have with Sandy on campus, after she had retired but when she happily returned to help us just because she was so giving and so selfless. You all are in our prayers. - Megan Shea & Cyrus Cook

I have know Sandy for 40 years - my twin sister worked with her at her first job at G. Fox & Co and I worked with Sandy at Choate for all of her 20 years - she and Sally led quite the team in our school store back then! Now they are both with the angels, wow. She was such a kind and gentle woman who had a great sense of humor and great pride in her family. I know she will be missed. Condolences from my family to yours.

I just heard the news and I can hardly believe it. I have such fond memories of Sandy over the many years we worked together. She was in a league of her own always pushing on, with tons of energy. She often put others before herself. I could always count on her Christmas and Birthday cards every year without fail. Some people leave an indelible mark on our souls and she was that person. I will miss her! Vinnie, Kathleen, Christopher, Michael and the entire Devine clan you are in our thoughts and prayers. Dave, Cathy, Jessica and Benjamin Petrosky
