Our sincere condolences to Bill's family. he was a treasure to work with at SNET/ and then to reconnect at the FL meetings for fellow retirees. I enjoyed conversations with him about your families that was soo important to him. I am sorry I have learned of his death after the fact and if I can be of any help in dealing with AT&T please do not hesitate to contact me directly . Bill always assured me that his "kids knew what to do in the event of his passing "
God bless you all as you move forward without him physically in your lives, but always on your shoulders watching & guiding you all.

My sincerest condolences to the Cronan family. Bill was a great neighbor, albeit many years ago. But I will remember him as a consummate gentleman for all of the years I've known him.

I met Bill as a member of the Yalesville volunteer fire department and he was one of the nicest person I have ever met!
