Jean Desrosier Obituary
Orange, MA - Jean Marie (Roussel, Gore) Desrosiers, 81, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday (5/10). Born on September 25, 1943 in Athol, she was the daughter of Roland J. & Estelle M. (Letourneau) Roussel.
She was a graduate of the Maria Assumpta Academy in Petersham, MA. Although she moved several times over her life; she ultimately returned to Orange to raise her children.
Jean's husband, Bob Desrosiers, pre-deceased her, as did her son, Kevin Gore. She was actively involved her church, Crossroads Church in Orange. The name of the Life Group Jean was a part of was appropriately called "Bloom" and she did!! The loves of her life in this world were her 5 children, Diane, Rick, Lisa, Kevin (deceased), and Jennifer; several grandchildren, and great-grand children. She loved every moment that she spent with them. For Jean, being sure that her family knew of, and saw Christ's love through her, was part of her everyday life.
Calling hours for Jean will be on Tuesday, (5-27-25) from 5-7 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home, 110 New Athol Road, Orange.
Please join the family for a Celebration of Jean's life which will take place following the Funeral Home at her Church …Crossroads Church located at 92 New Athol Road, Orange.

Oh how we loved getting together every Friday morning. Sharing stories , studying the Bible, laughing and praying . I am sending prayers to Jean family. It was an honor to get to be Jeans friend, and boy how she loved you all..may God bless you all
