Mark Cromack Obituary

SARASOTA, Fla. - Mark Cromack, 63, residing in Sarasota, passed away June 15 after a lengthy illness.
He was born Aug. 25, 1948 in Colrain, Mass., to Ward and Pearl Cromack.
Before moving to Florida, Mark worked many years for the New England Power Co. In his younger years, he enjoyed fishing and motorcycle riding. He also enjoyed visiting the Caloosa Cove Resort in Islamorada, Fla.
Mark was an active member of the Masons, Shriners and Fraternal Order of the Eagles.
Survivors include his longtime companion, Virginia Patton; brother, Pete Cromack of Whitingham, Vt.; sister, Carol Chandler of Avon Park, Fla.; three daughters, Gail Cromack of Monroe, Mass., Kelly Cromack of Huntington, Ind., and Sara Miller of Seale, Ala; eight grandchildren; one great-grand child.
Preceding him in death are both parents, Ward and Pearl Cromack, and his two sisters, Ann and Rose.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Our deepest sympathy to Mark's family. We lived as neighbors growing up and I spent as much time at the Cromack's as I did my home. Mark was always the dare devil. I have so many fond memories of those days.
