Frank Ulloa Lujan

Frank Ulloa Lujan, 77, passed away on July 18, 2025, in Visalia, California. Born on June 12, 1948, in Indio, California, Frank lived a life marked by service, adventure, and an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit.

A proud veteran of the United States Army, Frank served two tours in Vietnam with the 1st Cavalry Division. His time in the military reflected his courage and commitment to his country qualities that would continue to define him throughout his life.

Following his military service, Frank embarked on a remarkable 45-year career as an entrepreneur. His dedication to building businesses and helping others get their start left a lasting impact on many. Known for his optimism and zest for life, Frank approached every challenge with determination and a positive outlook.

Franks love for adventure was evident in everything he did. He found joy in scuba diving and motorcycle riding especially participating in Redwood motorcycle runs that combined his passion for the open road with the beauty of nature. These pursuits were more than hobbies; they were expressions of his free spirit and love for living life to the fullest.

Family was central to Frank's world. He is survived by his children: Johnny and Jackie Lujan of Visalia; Jesse and April Lujan of Norman, Oklahoma; and Felicia and Chad Woolard of Blanchard, Oklahoma. He also leaves behind three grandchildren Ceslie McMillan, Zander Woolard, and Christopher Rodriguez and three great-grandchildren who brought him immense pride and joy. His sister Esther survives him as well, along with several nieces and nephews who cherished their time with him.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Fernando and Esther Lujan of Thousand Oaks; his brother Fred of Porterville; and his beloved daughter Harley Lujan of Porterville.

Frank Ulloa Lujan will be remembered for his adventurous heart, generous spirit, and enduring optimism. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
