Jesse Luis Menchaca, age 49, passed away on June 6th 2023 in Three Rivers following a tragic car accident. Jesse was a physician assistant at Sierra View, and a legend in the health care industry. Rest in peace Jessi. We will forever miss your warm smile. You always showed me the positive attitude despite all the stress in the ED.

Jesse & I had been friends since we were both 12yrs old, always the BMOC almost indestructible in my mind and as I learned throughout the years - the kindest heart a human being could ever have. Geography could separate you from Jesse but never his spirit, he was always available for word or two. The world needs more people like him.
