Michael Childree Obituary
Michael Blane Childree, 58, of Porterville, surrendered his life on April 20, 2023. He was born on July 7,1965 in Tulare, California to Walter D. and Mary A. Childree.
Michael was a loving husband, father, grandfather and businessman. He was the youngest of six children. He is survived by his three children; Donna (Kevin) Ware, Robert (Tonya) Childree and Lori
Childree. Grandchildren; Savanah, Kira and Bentley Ware, Gracie Childree and Jazzarah Childree.
Siblings; Sister Joyce Aubin and brothers Kelly Hoffman, Garner Hoffman and Terry Hoffman. And
fianc; Kerry Luncsford.
He is preceded in death by his wife Karen, brother John Childree and both
parents.
Michael was raised in the city of Visalia and attended Mt. Whitney High School. He married his wife,
Karen, at the age of 18 in Visalia and started his family. He worked as a mechanic in Visalia until he was able to open his own tow service in the city of Porterville. Michael built a lucrative business and was
able to assist his family and friends in life.
Graveside services will be held at 10am on Thursday, May 4th at the Exeter District Cemetery, 719 E.
Marinette Avenue, Exeter, CA. A Celebration of Life will follow the services at the Nuckols Ranch, 13144
Road 216, Porterville, CA.
