When growing up Bruce spent many summers and holidays in Stockton at his sister Janny's home, along with brother-in-law, Lino Perondi and "cousins" Lonnie Perondi, Julie and Tina Mandolati, Elton and Michael Halley. Also, Aunt Franny and Uncle Dutch Halley. Throughout his short life, Bruce was always there to help his family and friends with whatever was needed with their TVs, pools, home repairs, etc. He can be remembered "moonlighting" at Louise and Max Podesto's house, working on their TV with Chas and Travis in tow. He loved having the boys with him whenever possible. Brucie loved animals, especially his dogs of which there have been many throughout the years, visiting flea markets, western music, especially Hank Williams, Sr. Brucie will remain in our hearts forever and will always be remembered for his quick wit, ready laugh, his easy going help everyone nature, and his enduring and pure love of just the simple, basic and down to earth, everyday life. The family takes great solice in remembering the happiness, joy and good times Brucie enjoyed with the Bovas, Varnis, Podestos, Halleys, Perondis, his family and many other good friends.
