You will never be forgotten. You were one of the wisest men I've met, and your son will carry that on. You are greatly missed though we know you are in a better place now.
It is not the years in the life that you live, but the life in the years.

I was Michael's friend all through high school. Our families were very close. It's been many years since we have had contact, but I still think about the family and all the wonderful memories. It was very upsetting to hear about Michael's accident. He was a very special person. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.I also sent a card to the funeral home, but not sure if you received it.

I am the daughter of Randy Herbst, Michael's cousin. I met Michael only as a child, but recall all of the wonderful things my father Randy and Mother Nancy had to say about him. I am very sorry for the loss and my sympathy goes out to the entire family.
