Michael D. Chadwick Jr., age 23, died Tuesday, March 17, 2009 in the Sutter Roseville Hospital. He was born March 9, 1986 in Stockton, CA and lived in Roseville, CA for 2 years with family.
Survivors: children, Mia and Nevaeh Chadwick of Roseville; mother, Marquieta Allison of Elk Grove; stepfather, Leland Allison of Stockton; sisters, Briahna Alexander and Ashley Allison of Elk Grove and LaDrina Allison of Stockton; stepbrother, Leland Allison of Germany; girlfriend, Alicia Early and her mother, Laura Early along with many more friends and family that loved him dearly.
Viewing: Thursday, March 26, 2009, 4-6 p.m. at Parkview Mortuary, 3661 East French Camp Road, Manteca, CA 95336. Funeral Services: Friday, March 27, 2009, 11 a.m. at Greater White Rose Church of God in Christ, 2340 S. Pilgrim St., Stockton, CA 95206.
