Steven Wall Obituary
Dr. Steven Harlan Wall passed away July 2, 2017 after a 3 week battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Jane of 40 years, their 9 children and 13 grandchildren.
The family is deeply saddened by this great loss.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, July 7, at 2:00 pm at Quail Lakes Baptist Church in Stockton.

Dr. Wall was my Dr since I turned an adult and always knew what medicine I needed for my ails. He became my husband's Dr as well. He took such great care of his parents. He was such a a kind hearted man...so easy to talk to. He will surely be missed always.

Dr Wall was a Great Doctor....and great human being. He took great care of me for over 20 years, I am shocked and saddened for your loss, and the loss to all that knew him. He had a true passion for helping others, and you can take comfort in knowing he was a real gift from GOD to all those around him.

Our hearts go out to the family. Dr. Wall had been our family doctor for many years. He was an absolute jewel. What will we do without him ?There's not another like him. Words cannot express the integrity, scholarship , compassion, decency, and dignity that he brought to the medical profession. We have held on to his services for dear life - traveling from Manteca to Stockton for medical care. We are devastated.

Dr Wall you were my late husbands doctor and became my doctor 27 years ago. I have
never had a more gentle and compassionate doctor. Knowing my disdain for seeing doctors I actually looked forward to our visits and no matter how ill I always left your office with a smile. I am greatly saddened by the sudden passing of my doctor Steven Wall. I was relatively a new patient of doctor Walls for about a year. And for the first time in many years I had finally found a doctor that I could be truly comfortable with, one that understood my concerns, one who had enormous empathy and compassion. I'm am deeply saddened by the loss of the best Dr. I ever had. He was my Dr. Since 2006 as well as both my kids Dr. And my hubby. He wad always do attentive and caring. He always knew how to make you feel better emotionally and physically. I don't know what I'm going to do. You will be missed Dr. Wall. Thank you for everything you've done. Dr Wall was my primary doctor. He also after a few years purchased a home just a short ways from my home. We became tomato growing neighbors. When we would see each other we would tease about the tomato crops. As far as being a good doctor I have known of none finer. I truly beleived he saved my life when I was infected in my pelvis from a 30+ year old motorcycle wreck. I had 1 day to live acording to the doctors at UCSF. HE said he saw something very bad that he could not fix. No other doctors saw this in 30 years. He did. And he prayed for me more than once. I lost a friend. But I know where he is. He is in heaven with his friend. God the Almighty. I miss him and always will. Thats what good friends do

Dr. Wall was an amazing person and doctor. He was my doctor since I was born and to my two sons as well. I am very sadden to hear of his passing and the battle he was fighting. My prayers and condolences go out to his wife and family. Dr. Wall will be forever loved and missed.

Dr Wall figured out a UTI bacteria that was doing its best to kill me. After another Dr and five antibiotics missed I luckily went to Dr Wall. Dr Wall nailed that horrible infection and I believe saved my life. My and my wife's heart to Dr Wall's family.

I am shocked that I heard of my favorite doctor pass away . I will never ever forget you DR. Wall. Good man and his family i havent seen him since 2001,i had the blessing of being in the bible study class at the Home Church before they moved to Lodi between 98-2001,hes one of many that help me along my path,also he and Pastor Tim Pollock prayed when my mother passed in 2001 they both continued to support me.Many jewels are still being added to his books in heaven...with love and God service,Pastor Joseph Tabangcura.

Doc has been a great comfort to my family and I for over 20 years . He was always kind and companionate when it came to chronic pain and other issues . It's strange to me that he's gone but, I know that his faith will guide him . God bless to his Wife and Children (and Grandchildren). I also would like to send love to all of his patients, nurses and colleagues . He will be missed but, I believe Doc will still be doing good things from up above . <3

I was at a lost when I heard this. I've know Dr. wall for several years. Not often will u come across a Dr. like Mr, wall. He looked after my late husband. Then myself, and my son. He was a Dr. like no other. I pray his family, and staff can find some comfort, and peace.

I believe it was more like 35+years of prayers and medicine, I asked what happened to the sign God Heals, the Doctor takes the fee? I was told it was in his personal office. I want to share how much my ONLY doctor meant to me. I gave referrals to my entire family that he gladly accepted and most important above all he always and I mean always prayed over me and mine. There aren't any words or time to express the depth of my personal loss, I said it once and I will say it again - My life is ever changed without my Doctor Steven Wall to come in with his clipboard How's Juanita doing...Oh how much he will be missed cannot be measured in this world...God bless Nancy and the staff at Dignity Health! Dr Wall was a amazing doctor and man of God. I meet Dr Wall many years ago when he was still in private practice. I was always inspired when I left his office even if I was still sick. All you had to do was ask and he would give you the best medicine in the world.... A prayer. His will be deeply missed.

Dr. Stephen Wall you will be forever missed, but never forgotten. Thank you for your wonderful care and passionate heart over the past 30+ years caring for my well being. Since I was a kid you cared for my health... I remember fond memories of many throat swabs to see if it was really was strep throat, or the time we weren't sure if it was chicken pox but you confirmed it was! I still have some chicken pox scars to prove you were right. I enjoyed our conversations as well as you would ask how my life was going and I had the pleasure of telling you about my adventures performing with my dogs and traveling across the country. You always seemed genuinely interested. Thank you for all you did for me and your friendship. This community has lost a hero. You will remain in my memories forever. May you Rest In Peace and may your family find peace knowing you are no longer sick or in pain.

Our loss is Heavens' gain! Dr Wall was truly a blessing to know and I am grateful for the unconditional care he afforded not only to us,but every patient that walked into his office! I remember when he went skiing with his family and came back without complaints! He is and will be sorely missed!
