Anthony Carucci Obituary

Anthony V. Carucci, a retired mason, Local #79, New York City, and 14-year area resident, died Thursday, October 13, 2005 at his residence. He was 91. The son of the late Onofrio Carucci and Theresa Lusie Carucci, he was born December 18, 1913 in New York, N.Y. He was a veteran of the US Navy during WW II and very proud to be a SEA-BEE. He attended Sacred Heart Church, Monroe. He was the widower of Virginia Pierson. Survivors include three sons, Anthony V. Carucci and wife Edna, Eugene C. Carucci and wife Patricia of Monroe, Stephen G. Carucci of Ronkonkoma, N.Y.; sister Raffella Conforti of Cape Coral, Fla.; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, October 17 in Sacred Heart Church, 26 Still Rd., Monroe with the Rev. George Pulparayil officiating. Burial will be in Seamanville Cemetery in Monroe. Contributions may be made to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties, 800 Stony Brook Court, Newburgh, NY 12550. Arrangements by Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush Inc. Funeral Home.
