Charles Stevens Obituary

Charles James Stevens
November 23, 1960 - June 18, 2021
Mocksville, NC
Charles "Charlie" James Stevens Jr., 60, died unexpectedly on Friday, June 18, 2021.
He was born and raised in Goshen, NY, the son of the late Charles J. Stevens Sr. and Mary Smith Stevens. He was born on November 23, 1960.
Charlie lived in Mocksville, NC with his wife, Susan and his daughter, Abigail. Those left to cherish his memory include his two sons, Brian Stevens of Saranac, NY and Matthew Stevens of Goshen, NY; his ten siblings and his nieces and nephews.
More than anything, he loved spending time with his family and loved ones. He was known for being generous with his time and skills in helping others. He was a truly gifted mechanic. If it had an engine, Charlie could fix it.
Charlie was a hardworking man who believed in an honest day's work. When not working, Charlie enjoyed working in his shop, racing, traveling, hunting and being outdoors.
A celebration of his life will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. on July 11 at 329 Scotchtown Rd., Goshen, NY. Donations in his memory can be made to the American Heart Association.

My condolences to the Stevens Families. It was a privilege to have Charles as a boyhood friend growing up in Montgomery Street. Wished to have see him again like a Reunion.
