Daniel Lysyczyn Obituary

Daniel J. Lysyczyn, of Middletown, a former laborer at General Switch in Middletown and lifelong resident of the area, died Tuesday, July 26, 2005 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Horton Campus in Middletown. He was 54.

The son of William Spiers Jr. and Florence Bunton, he was born June 2, 1951 in Middletown, N.Y.

A Veteran, Mr. Lysyczyn served in the US Airforce.

Survivors include his mother, Florence Bunton of Middletown; his father William Spiers Jr. of Middletown; stepfather Alex Lysyczyn of Middletown; sister Donna Mydosh of Walden; brothers, Thomas Lysyczyn of Burlingham, Steven Lysyczyn of Greenville and David Lysyczyn of Pine Bush; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation hours will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, July 29 at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc., 72 W. Main St., Middletown.

Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.

I am so sorry for your loss. I never realized he was born on the day we were married. I will never forgot the shower you guys had for me. Bud died in 98 and I still have my son, Guy who is 50. I can not think of any thing worse than losing a child at any age. So, my friends, You are in my thoughts....Marlene Mitchell
