Although I was lucky enough to be friends with Jay for over ten years, my best times with him were working with him at WOH. Jay was the one perfect friend to work with, the one that everyone hopes to have at every job. If I needed somebody to sneak out with on an undeserved cigarette break, Jay was there for me. If I wanted to go hide in his office and slam the door and complain about the office and the world and everybody and everything else, Jay was absolutely, always there for me.

I absolutely, completely adored Jay. Sometimes, to be honest, Jay could drives all of us a little bit nuts, but I adored him then, too. He always could make me laugh. He always was there to go have a beer with after work --- or, hell, a beer with at lunch. Why not? Losing somebody as special as Jay, and as young as Jay, makes you realize that life is too damn short to not have a couple beers with a good friend at lunch, and come back to the office a little late. Or a lot late.

I don't know Jay's family. I can only hope that the respect and admiration and love that Jay's many, many friends had and will always have for him can come as some sort of comfort for his family. My heart and my thoughts are with them, especially his parents.

I am so very sorry to hear of Jason's passing. I had so many fun times with Jason at WOH (usually on breaks where we moaned and groaned about our jobs to the point of laughter). I truly enjoyed his good nature, intellect, and sense of humor. He had so much potential in him! Although he left this earth far too soon, Jason obviously left his mark on many and will not be forgotten. I hope his family takes some comfort in that. I pray for Jason and for his family that they find the strength to survive this tragic loss.

We are so sorry for your loss. I only knew Jason for a short time while we worked at WOH, but we clicked instantly. My wife knew him much better because they had friends in common and used to hang out a lot. Jason was a great guy and will be missed.

I am so sorry for the loss of Jason. I was fortunate to have met and spoken with him enough to know he was such a fine and thoughtful young man, truly unique. I had hoped he could meet my son one day, and now I know they will, even if it is a while to come.
Love you Susan.

Very surreal to watch our friends go through life and be taken so quickly. I went to school with Jason and the "crew" and over the years have lost touch with most, seems like we all communicate when we have bad news to share. I am sooo sorry for your loss, and though there aren't perfect words my prayers are with your family.
