Our world as we know it will be a more barren place without Josh. We would all do well to learn from his determination, perseverance and zest for life despite some pretty overwhelming odds. While small in body, he had more grit and spirit than men quadruple his size. His passing further proves that God only takes the best.

I was saddened to hear from my father of Josh's passing. It seems like just yesterday we were both in kindergarten together and laughing and having a good old time at the age of 5. Josh really was a true inspiration to everyone and his smile could light up a room. I will truly miss him and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers through the holiday season and the years to come. I am so sorry and I know that Josh will be watching us all from above and keeping us all in line.

I'm so saddened by Josh's passing. He was a great great spirit. The short time's I spent with him, he was so filled with life... he so loved life. I will always remember that laugh as he raced around the go-kart track. I've never seem anyone so excited. He seemed to view his disability as a minor setback, as if to say 'it was nothing'. i know he knew it wasn't nothing, but he faced that obstacle and many others and I never did see him down on it or himself. He fought to the end,

I know nothing I say will diminish the sorrow Mark, judy, Matt and the family feel at Josh's passing, but I also know that because of the so brief time we all had with Josh all our lives are better for it.

I will celebrate his life today and everyday.

December 17, 2007

Joshua, lost his valiant fight to live, but his big, beautiful smile and wonderful personality will be remembered by those who knew him well or just met him once. Though his life was short, he touched so many lives and he lived his life courageously. No one will ever forget Joshua. Judy, Mark and Matt, I hope you get comfort from both your memories and the fact that you gave Joshua a wonderful life.

Sincerely, Marcia and Al Falvey
