You are so dearly missed Aunt Dee. I'll never forget all the years of gathering for Thanksgiving with the whole family at your house. Picking blackberries off the vines on the fence, and running through the field with all my cousins. You created so many loving memories with us all, and I'm so thankful to have been a part of your life. I love you always.

My favorite memories of Aunt Dee are all centered around Thanksgiving at her house. I am so thankful that I was lucky enough to go there every year and enjoy real, fun family time with everyone laughing and enjoying each others company. She was such a kind and loving person and she will be forever missed

Aunt Dee was the centerpiece of this family. She touched everyone of our lives throughout the years. I was the first born in my generation and she was my aunt and my mom. She was there for me from the very beginning. She took care of me and supported me in every way my whole life. She was there for my kids and my grandkids. I've missed most our long hours of talking on the phone. We talked about everything! After she was unable to talk I have had dreams of us talking. I hope that continues. Aunt Dee, you and grandma will forever be in my heart.

There's one thing I can say that sums up my gratitude to u Aunt Dee. That is every moral, good judgement, traits etc that I hold dear about myself. The good parts of me that no one can change. I thank u for being my biggest contributor to helping me be the woman I am today. Strong, loving, compassionate, effectionate and passionate about everything are just a few of the things u instilled in me. I thank you and will never forget u as you will always be a part of me. As I told u many times throughout our life... You were and will forever be my Aunt, Grandmother and best friend. And the coolest most awesome Aunt ever!!!! I love you Aunt Dee!

Aunt Dee, you are so so missed and loved... I know you are in a much better place and now in peace. You are probably up there dancing in heaven with grandma... I will cherish the memories I have with you and the way you looked at me with such love and even at the very end the way you held my hand so tight and didn't want to let go.. Love you always and forever..

Aunt Dee was the best aunt a girl could ask for. She was there for me when my mother wasn't and taught me well. She was the best hostess and broke her back to cater to her family for Thanksgiving dinners. She had more class than any other person I knew. She will be missed.
