I met Jeff at the Roller rink in Red Bluff and always enjoyed his company. I always wondered what happened to him because I rarely ran into him after the roller rink closed down. He was funny and he always greeted me with a hug! My thoughts and prayers are with the people who loved and got to know Jeff. R.I.P.
