Joyce Marie Wilhelmson - Born May 19, 1944 in Vallejo California- Died May 28, 2018 in Redding, California.
Beloved daughter of Mary and Crustino Minnitte, sister of six siblings , widow of Thomas James Wilhelmson, mother of Matt Wilhelmson, Natalie Hendrickson and Annette Gaddy and grandmother to four children.
As a resident of Redding for 60 years, she was a graduate of Central Valley High School, received an AA from Shasta College and was a student at Sacramento State University. She loved life, her family and was a strong believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. There will be a celebration of her life on Saturday, June 2 at Trinity Lutheran Church at 10:00 a.m. The family asks in lieu of flowers or cards, please send donations to Trinity Lutheran Church 2440 Hilltop Drive, Redding, California 96002 in care of Joyce Wilhelmson.
Proceeds will be used towards the children's ministry.

Joyce was a very special person with a brightness and energy second to none. She will always have a special place in my heart. Matt, Natalie, and Annette I am so very sorry for your loss. I hope you can find comfort knowing your mom is now reunited with the love of her life!

Joyce always had a smile on her face walking down the halls at CVHS. We all went our different ways after High School....but we never forgot our memories. They will be cherished forever. Rest In Peace sweet Joyce.
