I'm so sorry to hear of Vic's passing. I have such fond memories of our time at the Record Searchlight. He always had a smile on his face, always positive & cheerful, great sense of humor & the kindest heart ever. I was proud to call him my friend. My deepest sympathy to his family.

Dear Jan, Dixie, Mark & Vickie:
I felt so sad when my mom told me that Vic passed. I have so many fond memories of him. He always greeted my with a smile and a friendly wave. Vic was my favorite neighbor. I miss those days on Derby Lane. I miss all of you too. I remember playing dress up with Dixie, in her grandma's clothes, badminton with Mark & hiding from Vickie (poor Vickie). Love you all.

Hello Mark,

Your father was one of the best. He knew each name of the tidal wave of kids that grew up in and around the Derby Lane neighborhood. Whether setting some of us straight for acorn fights, or showing us his race car, he was always involved.

Take Care,

Shirley Harrison

I'll always remember his smiling face and great conversations. He was our mail guy while I worked for United Express airlines at the Redding airport. Vic even used his mail truck to help me move to Red Bluff! Thanks Vic! RIP!
