Please accept our love and sympathy for your loss. Joe was my mother Gwen Goodson Powell Jeffreys beloved first cousin. She adored Joe and his brothers. Mother became close to their family when she was a college student at East Carolina in the 1940's. She will miss Joe. Our best to the family.

Joe Jr., Suzy Goodson and family. I am sorry for your loss. Some of Linda and my best summers were spent with Joe Sr and Bette at Atlantic Beach, drinking wine, laughing and watching the ocean. We wish we could have seen Joe Sr one more time.
