I was so very sorry to hear of Mr. Winslow's passing. I worked for him at the oil company at various times while in high school doing odd jobs and seasonal things at Christmas when he would send Christmas gifts to his customers. He was always a very kind and personable man. Your family has my deepest sympathy.

Dear Betty Lane and family,
We share with you in your grief. Julian was a dear, dear friend for many, many years. We worked together at the Carolinian Hotel at Nags Head as well as being friends at UNC-Chapel Hill. We had many, happy times. When Sue & I first dated, it was with Julian and Betty Lane in Greenville. What memories we share. We send our love and prayers to you along with hundreds of other friends.
