Wayne Smith Obituary
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Homestead Memorial Gardens.
Wayne worked as an electrician and carpenter. He loved to build and especially loved his cats.
He is preceded in death by his father, Wayne D. Smith, and grandparents, Pleasant and Nettie M. Smith.
He is survived by his mother, Lou Hudson, and stepfather, Allen R. Hudson; daughter, Sara Smith; sisters, Wanda Biggs and her husband, Archie, all of Greenville, and Jenny Alphin and her husband, Billy, of Farmville; nephews, James Biggs Jr. of Fayetteville and Ricky Biggs of Greenville; and niece, Christi Alphin of Farmville.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Smith Funeral & Cremation Services.

stevie was a very special young man to me. i will always remember his shyness and how sweet he was to me. i know you, the family are hurting now and will for quite a while but try to remember all the good times and know that he loved each one of you. you all are in my prayers and know that i love each one of you. May GOD bless you at this time.
